First, I will get to know you - your goals and struggles, your medical history, family history, lab values and medications. I will discuss what you have tried and together we will explore why things did not work before. Based on this we will make a plan. Over time we will slowly adapt this plan and fine-tune it. Eventually we will find what works for you. There is a solution for everyone, and we will find the right solution for you.
